Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. In light of this, we always make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, and we appreciate your patience.

For surgical and dental procedures, pets are typically dropped off at 8:00 in the morning and can be picked up later in the afternoon the same day, with a few exceptions. At the time of drop-off, we will review the procedure and possible costs with you, and we will go over individualized at home care instructions when you pick up your pet.

In some instances, drop-off appointments may be available. This means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you, usually in the morning, and leave him/her with us for several hours so that the doctor can examine your pet in between scheduled appointments. Once the doctor is done, we will call you to go over the diagnosis and any pertinent discharge instructions.

Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We have pet carriers available for you to borrow if you do not have one.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Care Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, most other credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
